Pokemon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire will be launching on November 21st for the 3DS and 2DS. That is old news; however, we now know of the dual pack - as seen above. It was recently confirmed in the Super Smash Bros. for Wii U Nintendo Direct that Mewtwo will be available as a DLC character free of charge to anyone who purchases both Super Smash Bros. for 3DS and Super Smash Bros. for Wii U.
