Below is a guide to obtaining and finding every TM in Pokemon Sun & Moon. We recommend completing the main quest before attempting to get every TM, and some TMs even require that you've beaten the game. Additionally, if you complete the Ultra Beast Missions, you'll have plenty of money to purchase every TM from the TM shops.
Defeat all four trainers in the Trainer School and you'll be given TM01 Work Up.
TM02 Dragon Claw can be found in an alcove in Vast Poni Canyon during the final Island Trial.
Fly to Ula'ula Meadow and head right to the Lake of the Moone (Sun version) or the Lake of the Sunne (Moon version). Cross the bridge and enter the building. You'll find TM03 Psyshock in a TM ball to the right.
You can purchase TM04 Calm Mind from the Poké Mart in the Seafolk Village Pokémon Center for 10,000 Pokédollars.
Go to Kala'e Bay via Melemele Meadow. Surf south and you'll find TM05 Roar in a TM ball to the south.
In Aether Paradise, head left and south from the docks to find TM06 Toxic in a TM ball.
Fly to Royal Avenue on Akala Island. In the Poké Mart here, you can purchase TM07 Hail for 50,000 Pokédollars.
Fly to Konikoni City and head south to the TM shop. Here you can buy TM08 Bulk Up for 10,000 Pokédollars.
Fly to Konikoni City and head south to the TM shop. Here you can buy TM09 Venoshock for 10,000 Pokédollars.
Fly to Paniola Town and head north to Paniola Ranch. Enter the Pokémon Nursery and speak to the lady to the left. She will give you TM10 Hidden Power.
Fly to Royal Avenue on Akala Island. In the Poké Mart here, you can purchase TM11 Sunny Day for 50,000 Pokédollars.
Head to Haina Desert and enter the top-left camping trailer. Speak to the punk in this trailer and respond "Yeah, let's fight!" and he'll give you TM12 Taunt.
Enter the cave in Mount Lanakila and keep to the left. You'll find a path that leads to TM13 Ice Beam in a TM ball.
You can purchase TM14 Blizzard from the Poké Mart in the Seafolk Village Pokémon Center for 30,000 Pokédollars.
You can purchase TM15 Hyper Beam from the Poké Mart in the Seafolk Village Pokémon Center for 50,000 Pokédollars.
Fly to Heahea City and enter the Pokémon Center. You can buy TM16 Light Screen from the Poké Mart for 10,000 Pokédollars.

Fly to Royal Avenue on Akala Island. In the Poké Mart here, you can purchase TM18 Rain Dance for 50,000 Pokédollars.

Fly to Heahea City and enter the Pokémon Center. You can buy TM20 Safeguard from the Poké Mart for 10,000 Pokédollars.
During the night time, fly to Malie City. Head to the Malasada shop here and speek to the Oranguru. He'll gift you with TM21 Frustration.
You can purchase TM22 Solar Beam from the Poké Mart in the Seafolk Village Pokémon Center for 10,000 Pokédollars.
Enter the Pokémon Center in Heahea City where you can purchase TM23 Smack Down from the Poké Mart counter for 10,000 Pokédollars.
Fly to Poni Plains and find your way to the top-left corner. Use Tauros to break some boulders to the left. You'll then find TM24 Thunderbolt on a cliff nearby.
You can purchase TM25 Thunder from the Poké Mart in the Seafolk Village Pokémon Center for 30,000 Pokédollars.
Navigate through Poni Meadow until you reach Resolution Cave. Head south at your first opportunity and then smash the rocks next to the backpacker. Here you'll find TM26 Earthquake in a TM ball.
You'll get TM27 Return from the Malie City Malasada shop from a police officer immediately after getting TM21 Frustration.
Head towards the eastern coast of Akala Outskirts and locate a fisherman. Head north of him to find TM28 Leech Life in a TM ball.
You'll receive TM29 Psychic as a gift from Wicke after visiting Aether Paradise.
Surf south and left from the Abandoned Megamart until you find some abandoned ruins. Take the staircase and you'll find TM30 Shadow Ball in a TM ball here.
In Verdant Cavern during the first trial, head left across the bridge and then head south to find TM31 Brick Break in a TM ball.
Fly to Konikoni City and head south to the TM shop. Here you can buy TM32 Double Team for 10,000 Pokédollars.
Fly to Heahea City and enter the Pokémon Center. You can buy TM33 Reflect from the Poké Mart for 10,000 Pokédollars.
You can purchase TM34 Sludge Wave from the Poké Mart in the Seafolk Village Pokémon Center for 10,000 Pokédollars.
Fly to Vast Poni Canyon and head south until you run into a series of trainers. Head through the brush next to the ace trainer. Follow this path, surfing along the bodies of water, until you run into TM35 Flamethrower in a TM ball.
Enter the Shady House in Po Town and head to the second floor. The north-most door here leads to a room containing TM36 Sludge Bomb in a TM ball.
Fly to Royal Avenue on Akala Island. In the Poké Mart here, you can purchase TM37 Sandstorm for 50,000 Pokédollars.
You can purchase TM38 Fire Blast from the Poké Mart in the Seafolk Village Pokémon Center for 30,000 Pokédollars.
TM39 Rock Tomb can be found in a TM Ball on the eastern cliffs of Wela Volcano Park.
Enter the Pokémon Center in Heahea City where you can purchase TM40 Roost from the Poké Mart counter for 10,000 Pokédollars.
Head to Route 5 and go all the way to your right until you can climb a cliffside. Head up the cliff and continue north to find TM41 Torment in a TM ball.
Enter the Pokémon Center in Heahea City where you can purchase TM42 Facade from the Poké Mart counter for 10,000 Pokédollars.
Colress will give you TM43 Flame Charge during a cutscene the first time you visit Route 8.
Fly to Royal Avenue and enter the Thrifty Megamart. Speak to the Hypno and agree to give it 1,000 Pokédollars. As a reward, the man in the costume will give you TM44 Rest.
Fly to Hano Grant Resort and enter the hotel. Head north and left until you get prompted to stop a pair of girls ogling a Machamp. Battle the two trainers and you'll get TM45 Attract as a reward.
Visit Verdant Cavern after getting Tauros as a ride Pokemon and make your way to the area with the Totem Pokemon. Break the rocks and ascend the cliff to find TM46 Thief in a TM ball.
Fly to Konikoni City and head south to the TM shop. Here you can buy TM47 Low Sweep for 10,000 Pokédollars.
Visit the shopping mall in Hau'oli City during the night time. Approach the Grimer and a janitor will stop you and task you with cleaning up the area. Find the various piles of trash and you will be rewarded with TM48 Round.
In Hau'oli City, just north of the Marina, there is a gated area of tall grass that contains TM49 Echoed Voice in a TM ball.
Head to Poni Meadow and follow the path until you get to a fallen tree. Cross this and then head south to find TM50 Overheat in a TM ball.
Enter the Pokémon Center in Heahea City where you can purchase TM51 Steel Wing from the Poké Mart counter for 10,000 Pokédollars.
You can purchase TM52 Focus Blast from the Poké Mart in the Seafolk Village Pokémon Center for 30,000 Pokédollars.
Fly to the Lush Jungle after getting Machamp as a ride Pokemon. Head all the way to the right and push and move the large boulder. Follow along this path, moving one more large boulder, and you'll arrive at TM53 Energy Ball in a TM ball.
Professor Kukui will give you TM54 False Swipe after you've completed the first grand trial.
Surf in the second body of water in Brooklet Hill (Trial of Lana) and hop off on a chunk of land to the south-east. Follow the path to find TM55 Scald in a TM ball.
Visit the Hau'oli Cemetery during the night time. Approach the Machamp and its trainer will give you TM56 Fling.
Fly to the Pokémon Center on Route 5. Directly south is a long patch of tall grass. Follow the path in the tall grass to find TM57 Charge Beam in a TM ball.
Defeat all the trainers on Route 8 and then challenge Ace Trainer Eileen at the beginning of the route. She'll give you TM58 Sky Drop if you defeat her.
Before the entrance of Lush Jungle, head south and hop down exactly one ledge. Then head left and up the mountain to find TM59 Brutal Swing in a TM ball.
Fly to Poni Plains and defeat every trainer. Then speak with the Ace Trainer at the beginning of the route to engage in a final battle. If you win, he'll give you TM60 Quash.
Make your way to Diglett's Tunnel and keep left until you run into a large boulder. Move it out of the way with Machamp
Navigate west through Ten Carat Hill until you reach the large clearing. Follow the hill to the right around until you run into TM62 Acrobatics in a TM ball.
During the day time, enter the Geothermal Power Plant on Blush Mountain (off of Route 12). Speak to the scientist along the back wall and he will eventually give you TM63 Embargo.
Fly to Hau'oli City and use Sharpedo to surf south and right. Break through the rocks here to reach the back side of Ten Carat Hill. Follow the path to find TM64 Explosion in a TM ball.
Fly to Konikoni City and head south to the TM shop. Here you can buy TM65 Shadow Claw for 10,000 Pokédollars.
Enter the Pokémon Center in Heahea City where you can purchase TM66 Payback from the Poké Mart counter for 10,000 Pokédollars.
You'll get TM67 Smart Strike from Professor Kukui after completing the Trial of Mallow in the Lush Jungle.
You can purchase TM68 Giga Impact from the Poké Mart in the Seafolk Village Pokémon Center for 50,000 Pokédollars.
Enter the Pokémon Center in Heahea City where you can purchase TM69 Rock Polish from the Poké Mart counter for 10,000 Pokédollars.
Fly to emHeahea Cityem and enter the Pokémon Center. You can buy TM70 Aurora Veil from the Poké Mart for 30,000 Pokédollars.
You can purchase TM71 Stone Edge from the Poké Mart in the Seafolk Village Pokémon Center for 30,000 Pokédollars.
Fly to Mount Hokulani and head south from the observatory. Take the first path to the right and follow it to find TM72 Volt Switch in a TM ball.
Go to Route 7 and surf to the neighboring island. You'll find TM73 Thunder Wave in a TM Ball on the north section of this small island.
Take the center path when you get to the fork in the road on Route 11 and you'll come across TM74 Gyro Ball.
Enter the Pokémon Center in Heahea City where you can purchase TM75 Swords Dance from the Poké Mart counter for 10,000 Pokédollars.
Head to the Malie City library and speak to the lady sitting at a table on the first floor. She will give you TM76 Fly.
Defeat every trainer on Route 12 and then speak to the collector at the beginning of the route to challenge him to a battle. Defeat him and you'll get TM77 Psych Up as a reward.
Enter the Pokémon Center in Heahea City where you can purchase TM78 Bulldoze from the Poké Mart counter for 10,000 Pokédollars.
Head East on Poni Path until you get to the darker colored ground. Head left here and warp around in the tall grass until you find TM79 Frost Breath in a TM ball.
Use Sharpedo to surf south of Professor Kukui's lab. Break the rocks and you'll find an island that is home to the TM ball containing TM80 Rock Slide.
Fly to the Pokémon Center at Ula'ula Meadow and crawl under the nearby tailer to find TM81 X-Scissor in an item ball.
Fly to Konikoni City and head south to the TM shop. Here you can buy TM82 Dragon Tail for 10,000 Pokédollars.
Fly to Route 3 and head south until you can take a path to the right. Use Tauros to break the rocks here, revealing TM83 Infestation in a TM ball.
Go to Route 17 and head east towards the large cliffs. Ascend to the top of the mountain and then stay left on the descent and you'll come across TM84 Poison Jab.
Enter Haina Desert (north of Route 13) and follow these directions: one screen up, one screen right, one screen up, one screen right, one screen left, one screen down. You should now be at a screen where you can find TM85 Dream Eater in a TM ball.

After you've beaten the game, fly to Route 2 and enter the house to the right of the motel. Enter the room in the back and speak to the old lady. She will give you TM87 Swagger.
Head north and left in the Lush Jungle (Trial of Mallow into the large grassy area. Investigate the western wall to find a hidden alcove where you'll find TM88 Sleep Talk.
Enter the Pokémon Center in Heahea City where you can purchase TM89 U-turn from the Poké Mart counter for 10,000 Pokédollars.
Speak with Professor Kukui in his lab on Route 1 after beating the game. He will give you TM90 Substitute.
Fly to Seafolk Village and enter the Steelix-shaped boat on the right side of the docks. Exit to the south and you'll find TM91 Flash Cannon in a TM ball.
After beating the game, fly to Hano Grand Resort and enter the building. Speak to Kahili and she will give you TM92 Trick Room.
Surf on Route 15 and get off on the center island. Follow the path to a platform where you'll find TM93 Wild Charge in a TM ball.
Fly to Poni Breaker Coast and speak with the two girls near the entrance to the Ruins of Hope. Defeat them in battle to get TM94 Surf.
Defeat every trainer on Mount Hokulani and then speak to the veteran near the observatory. Defeat him in battle to get TM95 Snarl as a reward.
Defeat every trainer on Route 5 and then speak to the Trial Guide at the beginning of the route. Defeat him in battle to get TM96 Nature Power as a reward.
Head to the Poni Coast via Poni Plains and smash the rocks with Tauros. Wrap around up the cliff and you'll find TM97 Dark Pulse in a TM ball.
Fly to Poni Breaker Coast and speak with the two girls near the entrance to the Ruins of Hope. Defeat them in battle to get TM98 Waterfall.
In Vast Poni Canyon you'll find a small hole in the wall to the east after crossing a bridge. Continue south in this area (use Mudsdale) and exit out another hole here. In this alcove you'll find TM99 Dazzling Gleam.
Head to Hau'oli Cemetery, north of Hau'oli City, and make your way to the far right past the graves. Here you will find TM100 Confide in a TM ball.
